Wow! What a great time I had today talking with host Tiffany Granath on Playboy Radio's "Afternoon Advice." Tiffany's fast-paced, friendly style made me feel right at home ... and it was great, too, to pull a few cards for her and for her listeners.
If you take nothing else away from the program, remember this: a deck of Tarot cards can help you see yourself, your partner, and your relationship from an entirely new perspective. By relating your question to the card you draw, you can come up with dozens of ideas for keeping your relationship -- and your love life -- as fresh and exciting as you want it to be!
If you caught the show, you might be curious about the books and decks Tiffany and I talked about. Here they are:
Bring on the Books! We spent most of our hour today discussing Taking the Tarot to Heart. This great book gives you everything you need to start reading cards with love, sex, and relationships in mind. Inside, you won't find looong boring lectures on obscure Tarot meanings ... instead, you'll find free-wheeling applications of the cards you can master in ten minutes or less ... and all of 'em are just for lovers, partners, and people on the prowl! Get yours from Amazon.com today.
Also, don't overlook The Absolute Beginner's Guide to Tarot. I wrote this book for people who don't know a thing about the deck ... but who want to know it all! Inside, I give you everything you need, from simple, step-by-step instructions for reading the cards to advice on how to apply the cards to questions about love, business, spirituality, and personal growth!
Nice Deck Ya Got There. If you're curious about Tarot ... but feeling a bit overwhelmed by the fact that there are more than 2000 decks on the market ... here are some great suggestions for beginner-friendly decks!
The Universal Waite. Soft colors and dreamy images. In the minds of a lot of people, this deck *is* the Tarot!
The Universal Tarot. Based on the same set of Tarot images, this deck has an edgier, more masculine look and feel.
The World Spirit Tarot. If you're into multiculturalism (or just brilliant color!) this body-positive deck is for you.
The Bright Idea Deck. Colorful and contemporary, this is the perfect deck for practical readings about everyday life.
Tiffany, you are not only a very jealous person with double standards, you are a fool. how can you sit there and say it is OK to go out with your ex-husband, someone who you were as intiment with as your current husband and expect him not to be jealous, yet you were jealous of someone who sent your husband a message through my space, someone he does not even know? the fact that he is not jealous and you are shows not only are you NOT IN CONTROL, but also shows that he is very in control. he should be going off on you. you only go out and have dinner and wine with your ex-husband. how does he know that. and besides, most people would call that a romantic dinner. having double standards is one step form being two-faced. you have to think how you would feel if he did the same thing. you don't even like him getting messages on his cell phone.
also on the baby making genes, where you say it is wrong to choose the sex of the babies, how can you be ok with MANUFACTURING good looking babies or smart babies. it is ok to have the agenda of making only good looking babies for your happiness, but not the sex of them? DOUBLE STANDARD. you say, "Well I was born like this naturally." what if later you found out that your parents MANUFACTURED you into looking like you do? how would you feel then? hell, anyone can look good if they all the right genes. by the way, i agree with both, if you like one, you have to like the other, unless of course you have double standards. although i normally like your show, i am a but upset with you today. although, i do agree with your opinions on abortion, don't abuse it. i do not mean this to be hateful, but just step back and take a look. oh, and by the way, the only time ex-spouses get together and go out is because they both still have feelings for each other. so, imagine your husband knows this, and imagine how he feels when you are out with the ex. thanks.

I would also add Crowley's deck to your list. Thanks for the great article! Is this radio show episode podcasted on the net somewhere?

Is the site still going? The last entry I see is for 2007? Has it been relocated?
